Positioning and SEO/Ads Success:

  1. The Company does not guarantee specific positioning in search engine results or the success of advertising campaigns. SEO and advertising outcomes are influenced by various factors, including market trends, competition, and budget limitations.


Deadlines and Specifications:

  1. The commencement dates, timelines, and specifications for each service will be outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. The Company requires a reasonable amount of time for quality assurance. While the Company will strive to meet short timeframes and forced turnarounds, achieving standard quality within those constraints may not always be feasible.


Drafts, Proofs, and Sign-offs:

  1. The Company will provide drafts or proofs as per the pre-project approvals. The client is responsible for reviewing and providing timely feedback and sign-offs to ensure project progress within the agreed-upon timeline.


Publisher Response Time:

  1. The client agrees to provide a minimum number of days for the Company to respond to requests for more time or adjustments. The specific response time requirement will be outlined in the proposal or contract.


Intellectual Property (IP) Clause:

  1. Methods, means, and any proprietary information shared by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights. In the event of termination, the client may have the option to purchase a license for the continued use of certain methods or means. Small Business Website Packages:

  1. For small business website packages that do not include website content management systems (CMS), the Company provides website design and development services. The scope of services will be specified, and limitations or restrictions on CMS access will be communicated.

  1. The Company offers custom website design and development services. The process, deliverables, and timelines involved will be outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. The client and the Company will have shared responsibilities for content, revisions, and approvals.


Domain and Email Management, Registration, and Hosting:

  1. The Company provides services for domain and email management, including registration, configuration, and hosting. Additional charges or restrictions related to domain transfers, renewals, or email storage will be communicated.


Website Hosting:

  1. The Company offers website hosting services. The terms and conditions related to server uptime, maintenance, backups, and any applicable fees or restrictions will be communicated separately.
